Points of attention:
1.
The day of change is usually on Saturday. The villa from 15.00 hours involved
and
on the date of departure around 10:00 again available.
2.. A deposit of € 300,00 must first be met.
3. . Prices are exclusive of water and energy. This is for the Upstairs € 78 / week and for downstairs € 32 / week.
4.. Prices do not include final cleaning and must be paid on spot. . This amounts to € 75 Upstairs, downstairs € 65 or € 90 the whole house.
5. The entire villa can accommodate up to 10 people! The Upstairs is for up to 6 persons, downstairs for max 4 persons.
6. During the summer months (July 11-August 22) WE ONLY RENT THE WHOLE VILLA!
Pool Safety for your child!
